Elks Club Most Valuable Student- Due November 27. Ranging from $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year ***Awarded more points if you have volunteered at Elks’ events.  The Eugene McDermott Scholars Program– Due Nov.2-  University of Texas at Dallas is one of the nation’s most generous and selective undergraduate merit awards.

Valued at more than $250,000 (out-of-state) or $150,000 (in-state), the scholarship includes tuition, stipend, study abroad and professional development funding.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship-  Due Nov. 14th Up to $40,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school

    • Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above
    • Significant financial need
    • SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above
    • Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000. However, we anticipate that a majority of scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a Pell grant

Medical Assisting Scholarship Award-  Due December 31. $2000 Video Essay Scholarship Competition

Quest Bridge Scholarship- Financial need scholarship (household income of less than $65,000 annually for typical family of 4) Primarily A’s, high GPA, strong character. Deadline to apply is September 27. Click here to apply

2017 Future of Assisted Living Scholarship– Due December 31, 2017 A $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to three (3) individual students who write the most compelling essay as judged by SeniorAdvisor.com staff.

SIXT Scholars Program- Due November 30th- 5 students $5,000 toward their study at any 2 or 4 year accredited university

California Association of Wine Growers Scholarship– DUE March 24, 2017 – If your parent or guardian is or was an employee of a wine grape grower during the 2016 or 2017 season. Two $8000 scholarships, 4 $2000 community college

Aspiring Fashion Professional” Scholarship. The Fisher & Talwar $1,000 Legal Inspiration ScholarshipDue Nov. 15, 2017 plan on pursuing a college degree. To qualify for this scholarship:

  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. Must be a full-time student who is currently attending (or planning to attend full-time) an accredited institution of higher education.
  3. Must provide proof of current enrollment or plans to enroll in an accredited institution of higher education. If you have not received acceptance, you may still apply, but be sure to provide proof of acceptance and enrollment for the scholarship to be released.
  4. Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

CAA Youth Scholarship Due March 24. $1000 Parent must be a full-time paid member of police or sheriff’s department or fire department.

CIF Student/Athlete ScholarshipDue Feb 14th. Possess no less than an unweighted cumulative (grades 9-12) grade point average of 3.50; 2. Have demonstrated athletic ability in at least two years of varsity play within California (must be participating in athletics as a senior); and 3. Most of all, have portrayed themselves as athletes of character displaying the Six Pillars of Character: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship

American College Foundation Scholarship Due May 1, $1000-$5000. 9-12th grade awards. Financial need is NOT considered.

Active Life Scholarship- Due Dec 31

CACESF California Association of Collectors Educational Scholarship Foundation is offering a total of six scholarships—three to high school juniors and three to graduating seniors. DUE March 30 First place winners will receive $2,500, second place winners will receive $2,000, and third place winners will receive $1,500. To apply, students must submit an original essay on the following topic: The importance of establishing and maintaining good financial credit during your college years. All applications must be submitted online at cacesf.org.

Montana State University will offer millions of dollars in scholarships and awards to non-resident freshman who apply for admission. AXA Achievement Scholarships– Students have the opportunity to receive a $2,500, $10,000 or $25,000 scholarship. Deadline December 15, 2016

GE- Reagan Foundation Scholarship– DUE Jan 5, 2017- 20 awards of $10,000 each will be granted.

Fresno State– Full Ride: To apply for the Smittcamp Family Honors College – President’s Honors Scholarship, completion of the three applications below is MANDATORY.  The application process is sequential— each application must be completed in the order below:

  1. California State University Undergraduate Admission ApplicationOctober 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016.  Due to the large number of applications received, applicants are strongly encouraged to apply in early October.
  2. Fresno State Scholarships ApplicationOctober 1, 2016 to December 8, 2016 (deadline for President’s Honors Scholarship applicants).
  3. Smittcamp Family Honors College-President’s Honors Scholarship Application October 1, 2016 to December 8, 2016. This is a firm deadline.

National Young Arts Foundation Scholarship– Due Oct. 14th

Details of grant– The National YoungArts Foundation provides emerging artists (ages 15-18 or grades 10-12) with opportunities to work with renowned mentors, access to significant scholarships, national recognition, and other opportunities throughout their careers to help ensure that the nation’s most outstanding young artists are encouraged to pursue careers in the arts

Seattle University- Sullivan Leadership Award– this scholarship covers tuition, room and board for each of four years of undergraduate study at Seattle University and is awarded to nine incoming freshmen each year. Students must apply for Early Action by submitting a complete admissions application in addition to the Sullivan Leadership Award application. The deadline for both is November 15, 2016.
